Laura Palumbo is a Connecticut-based painter whose work draws inspiration from photography, travel, and the expressive traditions of Chinese ink painting. After studying Art History at Yale University, she began her formal painting practice at the Creative Arts Workshop in 2012. Her exploration of Chinese ink painting has remained an important influence on her artistic development, informing both her technique and creative perspective.

Laura’s paintings have been exhibited throughout Connecticut, including at the Guilford Arts Center, Branford Arts Cultural Alliance, Beach Tree Art Fair, Westport River Gallery, Spectrum Gallery, and Thames River Gallery.
